This policy explains what personal data Intellura Strategic Ventures collects through this website, why, who processes it for us, and how you can see, correct or delete it. It covers this website only. Client engagements are governed by their own engagement letters.

1. Who we are
This website, www.intelluravc.com, is operated by Intellura Strategic Ventures FZ-LLC, CWFZ0013, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E. (“Intellura”, “we”, “us”). Our Indian practice, Intellura Labs Global Consulting LLP, and the associate firms listed on our offices page work under the group. For the personal data described here, Intellura Strategic Ventures FZ-LLC is the data controller (the “data fiduciary” under Indian law).

2. What we collect and why
We only collect what you give us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site working and safe.
Contact form
Your name, email address, company, business stage and message. We use them to answer your enquiry. The message is emailed to our team, and your name and email are saved as a contact in our email platform so we can follow up. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it.
Chat assistant
To open the chat, we ask for your name, phone number and company. They are saved as a lead so a partner can follow up. Your chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. We do not keep a transcript of the conversation on our servers. Please don’t share confidential financial or identity documents in the chat.
Newsletter
Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. You are only subscribed after you click the confirmation link we email you (double opt-in). Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Technical data
- IP address and phone number for rate limits. When you submit a form or send a chat message, we count requests per IP address (and per phone number for the chat) so the forms can’t be abused. The counters expire on their own within 24 hours.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see page views and loading performance. They are aggregated and don’t use cookies.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs, which may include your IP address, to operate and secure the service.
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and chat leads: for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the relationship, then deleted on request or once no longer needed.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Rate-limit counters: no more than 24 hours.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR for visitors in the EEA and the UK, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct or complete it,
- delete it,
- stop or restrict using it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier,
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
Email partner@intelluravc.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to reply within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
5. International transfers
Our team works from India and the UAE, and our providers may process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards for international transfers.
6. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked and rate-limited, and access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly on any issue reported to us.
7. Children
This website is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change, and revise the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
